• You must be a resident of a Pakistan where Dealkaro.pk's services are legally available.

• You must provide CNIC for KYC and Bank  Transfer.

2. Prohibited Activities:

Dealkaro.pk strictly prohibits the following activities:

• Money Laundering: Using Dealkaro.pk to transfer Credits/funds derived from illegal activities.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Using Dealkaro.pk to conduct transactions involving counterfeit goods, stolen property, or any other fraudulent activity.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information about yourself or the transaction.
• Abusive Behavior: Threatening, harassing, or intimidating other users.
• Violating Intellectual Property: Using Dealkaro.pk to sell or transfer items that violate intellectual property rights.
• Illegal Activities: Using Dealkaro.pk for any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Suspension and Termination:

Dealkaro.pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if you violate any of these Terms of Use. In the event of a suspected violation, Dealkaro.pk may seize the funds in your account and report the activity to the relevant authorities.

4. Funds Held in Escrow:

All funds deposited with Dealkaro.pk are held in secure, segregated accounts. Funds are not released until both buyer and seller have fulfilled their obligations as outlined in the transaction agreement.

5. User Responsibility:

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and secure.

6. Fees:

Dealkaro.pk charges fees for its services. These fees will be clearly displayed before you initiate a transaction. Also read the Charges and Refund Policy.

7. Dispute Resolution:

Dealkaro.pk will make all reasonable efforts to mediate disputes between users. However, you agree to be responsible for resolving any disputes arising from your transactions.

8. Disclaimer:

Dealkaro.pk acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the success of any transaction. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence on the other party involved in the transaction. Dealkaro.pk is not liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of using the service.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
